1. Color Accuracy and Size
Color accuracy
Although every effort has been made to render colors accurately, digital reproduction is never fully accurate so we cannot guarantee true color representations.
Size
Our shoe sizes are standard Italian sizes so the size you take an Italian shoe is the size to order. If you are unsure please check with our size chart.
If you are not happy with the fit of your shoes, you can return them for full refund excluding freight charges, or exchange them for different size. (assuming we have your size in stock).

4. Buying and Shipping
All items sold on this website will be shipped to your requested shipping or delivery address. All shipments will be guaranteed to arrive at your delivery address.
We require a 40% down payment (after receipt of your order. And the balance of 60% must be paid and settled before your order shipped. Your order (s) will be processed within 2 days after receipt of the down payment / advanced payment in our bank account. Please fax us your transfer confirmation sheet once available.
Products can only be returned if proven to be damage due to a manufacturing product failure (not due to the damage occurred during shipment), and must be returned to us at your cost, within 1 month after order is received. We will replace the damaged products and ship them to you with no additional cost.
5. Taxes, Duties, Price
During the check out procedure, you will be asked to identify which country is the destination for the merchandise, this information is used to then calculate the customs duties and sales taxes of the country specified by you.
The Customs Duties and sales taxes are calculated and shown to you as part of the final invoice before you authorize payment.
6. Return and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our greatest concern. We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. If you are not happy with your goods or need to exchange an item for a different size you may cancel your order at anytime during the cancellation period by providing to us a notice of cancellation. Please note : There can be no returns on “Sale” items or “Samples”.
The cancellation period commences on the date the contract for the supply of goods is concluded and ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning on the day after you received them. In the event of cancellation, we require that you return the goods to us at your own cost.
